Why This Exists
Over time, we began to notice a pattern.
Some of the most thoughtful, skilled practitioners we met were doing deeply meaningful work, but carrying more of their business than they should have to.
Not because they lacked clarity or commitment.
But because they didn’t yet have the structure, support, or strategic guidance to build something that could truly hold them.
In many cases, they were at a turning point– where the work was growing, but the foundation beneath it hadn’t caught up. And without the right support, that gap only widens.
We created this program to meet that moment.
Not as a one-time offering, and not as a scaled-down version of our work—but as a dedicated partnership for a small number of practitioners each year.
The intention is simple: to provide the same level of structure, clarity, and support we bring to our clients—so the business can begin to function in a way that is sustainable, aligned, and able to grow over time.

We don’t focus on just one part of your business. We work across structure, strategy, and leadership—because that’s what allows something to grow in a way that’s stable and sustainable.
This program is built on that same foundation.
Our Approach
This program is designed for practitioners who:
Are actively building or growing a service-based business
Have a clear sense of purpose in their work
Are ready to engage consistently and take action
Are open to structure, feedback, and collaboration
May not currently have the financial capacity for full consulting support
Who We Consider
We typically select two practitioners per year for this program.
Each partnership runs for approximately 6–12 months, depending on scope and alignment.
Support is provided through a combination of:
Monthly strategy sessions
Ongoing communication and guidance
Hands-on support where needed
Program Structure
This is a focused, high-commitment partnership on both sides.
A Note on Investment
This program is offered as a sponsored partnership.
While there is no fixed financial investment required, we approach this work with the same level of commitment and expectation as our paid engagements.
In some cases, practitioners may choose to offer an exchange of services or contributions. This is not required and is determined individually.
How to Apply
We review applications on a rolling basis and select practitioners based on alignment, readiness, and scope.
